Shipping Information

For orders shipped directly to you, the following applies:

  • All items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address.
  • In-Stock items ship within 3 – 5 business days after the order is received. We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships. Your credit card will be billed ONLY for the items shipped.
  • You may request Standard Ground, Expedited 2 Business Day Delivery or Expedited Next Business Day Delivery. Please note: Storeish does not offer 2 Business Day or Next Business Day Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or Armed Forces (APO, FPO, DPO). 
  • Orders placed with an expedited shipping method by 12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped out the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 12:30 PM EST and on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day.
  • A valid United States address is required. Please Note: We do not ship to third party shippers.

Shipping and Handling Charges

 

Our shipping policy and fees are changing as of January 7, 2020.  Free Standard Ground Shipping is available to customers who shop with a Representative and place an order where the merchandise total in the same order is $60 or over. No coupon code is required. Please note that orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are still subject to a $12.00 minimum handling fee (see Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii). Free shipping offers do not apply to Next-Day or Expedited shipping methods.

 

Charges for customers who shop with a Representative and place orders where the merchandise total is less than $60:

Flat Rate Standard Ground (4-7 Business Days) $12

Expedited Delivery (2 Business Days) $17.90

Expedited Delivery (Next Business Day) $24.90

 

Orders containing products with ingredients that are designated as hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law can be shipped with Standard Ground delivery only. This includes items such as nail enamels, and some bath & body products.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii

 

An additional handling charge will be applied to your order at the rate of 15% of your merchandise total for Alaska and Hawaii. The minimum additional handling charge is $7. Products with ingredients that are considered hazardous under the Federal Transportation Law cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. If your order contains one of these hazardous products, please select Representative personal delivery at checkout.

International Orders

 

International order will incur 15% shipping and handling fee along with Shipping charges.

 Shipping and handling fee are not subject to return.

 

State and Local Taxes

 

Internet sales are not specifically exempt from sales & use taxes. Storeish Company has activities in California state of the United States that subject it to state and local laws imposing sales tax collection. Therefore, Storeish is required to collect tax on merchandise sold via the Internet or otherwise. You may be interested to know that if a vendor does not charge sales tax, the purchaser of the merchandise is required individually to remit the tax to the taxing jurisdiction.

The California taxes will be added to your order. An estimated dollar amount will appear on your ordering screen. The actual tax amount will appear in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail sent to you once your order has shipped.

State and local sales taxes are based on the merchandise subtotal including shipping and handling in all states with the exception of ID, IL, MA, NJ and OK, where tax is based on the merchandise total only.

Returns

For customer satisfaction has been a #1 priority at Storeish. We stand behind every product we offer. We’ll gladly give you a full refund with your return within 45 days. After 45 days, returned products will not be refunded.  Please note that items marked Final Sale on the website cannot be returned.

If your return is due to an Storeish error we will refund your return shipping. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges or issue merchandise credits. Free gifts may not be returned for exchange or credit.

Pay Postage at Time of Shipping

If you don’t have the packing slip, please include the full name and address of the person who placed the order. If available also include the date of order and email address.

Pack up your item(s) and select a carrier of your choice. Pay the return postage at the time of shipping and ship to the following address:

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to reach us. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise and paperwork, your return will be processed within 5 business days.  Allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit amount to appear on your monthly statement of your payment method.
